LUQاز ۴سال قبل به علت درد ناحیه Bو C اقای ح – م ۴۵ ساله دچارهپاتیت
تحت بررسی قرار گرفت .در معاینه بیمار طحال بزرگ تا حد ناف دارد.لنفادنوپاتی و هپاتومگالی ندارد.

ALT=90 IU/dl LDH=400 mg/dl
Alkp=160 IU/dl

Mantel Cell Lymphoma
Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma

CD2=15.5% CD5=17.3% CD10=5.1% CD11c=25.8% CD19=82.5% CD20=77.3% CD21=53.2% CD22=89.2% CD23=8.8% CD25=9.8% CD34=4.1% CD103=2.3% CD38=7.8% CD43=28.4% FMC7=81.2% CD5/CD19=10%
HLA-DR=73.1%


Immunostaining: CD20=positive Cyclin-D1= weakly positive

HBV DNA:positive HCV RNA:positive

Δ = Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma
